These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ph49 platform, available at ph49.vip. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, valid email address, Philippine mobile phone number, date of birth, and any additional information requested for identity verification. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ph49 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account as an additional security layer. ph49 will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify ph49 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
ph49 enforces a one-account-per-household policy to prevent abuse of bonus programs and promotional offers. Where multiple players are identified as sharing the same residential address, IP address, or payment method, ph49 may apply restrictions to bonus eligibility and withdrawal processing pending investigation.
ph49 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation including a government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license) and a selfie photograph. Identity verification is a one-time process and is typically required before withdrawals exceeding certain threshold amounts are processed. Philippine residents may use any valid government-issued identification document.
ph49 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ (deposit only). All transactions on the ph49 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph49 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests from ph49 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This matched-method policy is a security control designed to protect Players against unauthorized fund transfers. GCash and Maya withdrawals target a processing time of under five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may require one (1) to three (3) hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
ph49 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing in the following circumstances: (a) pending identity verification; (b) active fraud investigation; (c) unsatisfied bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance; (d) technical issues with the selected payment provider; or (e) reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. ph49 will notify the affected Player and communicate a projected resolution timeline in all such cases.
All funds deposited at ph49 must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment accounts not registered to you personally, is a violation of these Terms and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine financial authorities.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ph49 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
ph49 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of fraudulent information; suspected money laundering; failure to complete identity verification; or receipt of a regulatory directive requiring account action.
Upon voluntary Account closure or termination by ph49 for non-fraudulent reasons, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus credits and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

ph49's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of ph49 Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
